combines dancing, reflection, coaching, and group activities
to get your self-care and life skills to a new level
For some of us, the quarantine isolation was a period of re-evaluation and breakthrough. For others, it was a deeply painful experience of loneliness and disorientation. Regardless of the positive or negative experience (or both), each of us now face the challenge to embrace all the lessons learned and to find best ways to present our New Self to the world.

The Workshop Dance Your Way Out of COVID Isolation! Focuses on cultivating and strengthening critical life skills that are beneficial in both personal and professional life. With our embodiment practices, we offer you to not just talk about, but to physically experience essential life skills and positive feelings.
What Makes This Workshop Unique?
1. “Fun” wellness. Dancing is fun and doing so in a community of like-minded and supportive people is even better. This Workshop is an opportunity to meet new people that you may never meet otherwise and to get more motivated to practice self-care in the form of dancing in a group. By plugging in into any of the communities built around each of these dances, you will get a warm welcome and support on a local, national, and even global level, far beyond dancing practice.
2. Embodiment practices. At Mind-Body Wonders™ we perceive our physical body as a main tool to get connected to ourselves and to respond to the outside world. The somatic approach used in this workshop works both ways. On the one end, we get better connected to ourselves by tuning to our physical sensations and finding meaning behind them. On the other hand, we model body sensations related to desired life skills and feelings trough structured physical activities.
3.Coaching exercises. Coaching is a type of collaboration between a coach and a client (or a group) to help people get more clarity, motivation, and resources for a greater success and balance in life. It is a powerful tool to bring together deep-down values, thoughts, feelings, and aspirations into an individual action plan. Coaching exercises will be used to better process the workshop insights and to find ways to effectively transfer them into real life.
